Yes — all of what I share here is halal food. I've taken care to ensure that anyone who visits this site can try the meals without hesitation.
I get it I'm busy as well. That's why all the things I mention are possible. Even a 10-minute workout session or a switch from one sugary snack matters 10 mins is better than nothing just like sleep some sleep is better than no sleep.
